• All of the following items are final sale and may not be returned: furniture, rugs, bedding (pillows, blankets, etc.), art, lighting, personal care items, custom items, and sale items.
• All other items have a 14 day return policy. To return an item you must email shoppe@freshwatershoppe.com for further instruction. Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• We will not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. 
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You may make an approved return in person at the shoppe.
• Certain items are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, you must email us within that 24-hour window. Cancellations cannot be accepted after this period.
